【90 Days Challenge】- record

Week8: 2018/04/14~04/20

Principles:
* Couldn't do overweight training too much, due to spine disorder.
* Restricting the training time in 2hours, do not live in the gym.
* Preparing for the ACE-CPT exam and train for the Spartan.
* Reduce my horrible body fat.
(Start from about 22-24%)
* Providing the quotes motivated you and me everyday.
* Absorbing extra knowledge may improve myself.
* Do the rehabilitation three times per week.

急轉直下的病況穩定下來,心態也逐漸恢復!
前兩周的時間,完全無法跑正常菜單跟有氧,
開始拉回持續降低的訓練量,與加回本該強化的有氧,
眼看著將面臨決定性的關鍵,時間卻所剩不多,
儘管如此,過去的在意再多都沒用!
在能做的空間,好好發揮才叫實際!
跟隨熱情,堅信信仰,活出自己的態度!

The disorder got better and mindset got recovered.
As the conveniences, caused the training have to be declined.
As well as stopped the cardio should be enhanced all the way down.
As the critical moment coming, the time was less.
Pass have passed.
We could do much more perfect in the future.
Follew your passion, live your life.
